Nadia and Aoife have completed the PINC Cancer rehabilitation certification course. We have a comprehensive knowledge of the entire cancer process and best practice in cancer rehabilitation. They have vast experience treating postoperative cancer patients. Treatment is tailored around medical appointments such as timing with chemotherapy or intense physio before radiotherapy to ensure you have adequate range to be able to have the treatment. Gentle manipulation including scar and cording massage. We work alongside the lymphoedema team to aid circulation and drainage. We hope to help people thrive after a cancer diagnosis, reducing the burden cancer has on the lives of so many.

Assessment and physical examination to establish the cause of pain or trigger. According to cause treatment may try stretches, strengthening exercises, mobilisations, pacing programmes or acupuncture.
