Nadia worked at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008 until 2020. She now works part time as a First Contact Physiotherapist at a NHS GP surgery where she she manages a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including ordering blood tests and x-rays, referring to specialist services and providing individualised treatment plans.

Nadia works for both the NHS and privately. Privately she provides expert assessment and treatment from a clinic in Bushey or in the comfort of your own home.

 

Nadia has a friendly approach and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve the individual’s goals. This stems from her kind and caring nature and passion to maximise function where possible. She has completed a post graduate diploma in Advanced Physiotherapy and is continuing to work towards her master’s degree.

 

Nadia has experience treating upper limb, neck, back and lower limb problems. In addition she also treats dizziness, Bell’s palsy, post- operative breast conditions, pregnancy and post-natal conditions including diastasis recti. Nadia strives to encourage movement in the aim to build confidence and improve quality of life. From simple stretches, to balance exercises, up to high level gym or sports training plans, Nadia can tailor treatment to anyone’s needs.
